Overview: Legacy Summit has an upscale design to better balance single family living. It includes 23 Units, 4 one bedroom, 8 two bedrooms, 6 three bedrooms, and 5 penthouses, that are all exclusively designed to maximize space and take advantage of the amazing views. The building also includes heated underground parking with an elevator from parkade to the roof top patios. There are two roof top patios as well as most suites have at least two balconies. There are 9ft ceilings on the first and second floors with vaulted ceilings on the third floor. This building was exceptionally designed, with very remarkable structural features, from beginning to completion. Bolen Engineering was the Structural Engineer of Record on this project and was responsible for structural design and drawing preparation as well as construction administration and site reviews.
